A Funded FormFactor Proof of Concept
The Factor + Microsoft
Duration: Complimentary 2–3 hour workshop, followed by a funded proof of concept build
Prove FormFactor works in your environment, on your priority workflow, with your governance and data, before you commit to broader change.
The solution
Every hour a clinician spends on paperwork is an hour not spent with a patient. For eligible healthcare organisations, Microsoft funding is available to help you modernise a priority workflow — whether it’s a patient questionnaire, a referral form, or a case management process still running on spreadsheets, PDFs, or paper.
Rather than asking you to commit to a platform change up front, we scope and build a funded proof of concept on 1–2 of your priority workflows, so you see real evidence of value, governance readiness, and technical feasibility inside your own Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environment — the same approach that helped Austin Health digitise a statewide patient-reported outcomes questionnaire, and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) replace three disconnected systems with one end-to-end case management solution, saving an estimated 47 days of effort per year.
What you get delivered
- A funded, working proof of concept built on 1–2 priority workflows inside your own environment.
- A validated business case, with value, data readiness and governance feasibility confirmed.
- A clear, phased path from PoC to production deployment.
Enablers from you
- Key stakeholders (clinical, operational and IT) for the discovery workshop.
- Visibility of the workflow, forms or process you'd like to modernise.
- Access to your environment for governance and data readiness assessment.
Activities
A simple, low-risk path from first conversation to a funded build in your own environment.
- The workshop. A complimentary 2–3 hour facilitated session, onsite or virtual, to identify your priority workflow.
- Value and governance. Business value validated, data and governance readiness assessed, feasibility confirmed.
- The PoC is scoped and funded. Qualifying workflows progress to a funded build, then a phased path to production.
- Where it leads: Workshop → priority workflow → value and governance → funded PoC → production deployment
