eSafety implemented a Digital Forms Solution to rapidly deliver accessible, scalable, and secure public‑facing digital forms within a complex technical environment. The solution was delivered using The Factor’s FormFactor solution, deployed on Microsoft Power Platform foundations, and aligned to eSafety’s broader digital and regulatory transformation objectives.​

The engagement prioritised speed, accessibility, and long‑term sustainability, while ensuring the solution fitted seamlessly into eSafety’s existing architecture and operating model.​

Operating within a complex environment​

The Digital Forms Solution was delivered within a mixed on‑premises and cloud environment, requiring integration with existing eSafety endpoints rather than introducing new patterns or dependencies.​

Delivery was undertaken collaboratively with eSafety’s infrastructure and technical teams, ensuring alignment with established security controls, networking requirements, and integration standards. This approach allowed the solution to be introduced with minimal disruption while maintaining confidence across infrastructure, security, and application stakeholders.​

The solution was delivered within a seven‑week timeframe, focused on standing up complex, long‑form digital submissions. These forms included advanced logic, multiple sections, and accessibility requirements that are traditionally difficult to deliver quickly using standard tooling.​

The Digital Forms Solution enabled eSafety to spin up working forms rapidly, allowing early validation and iteration despite the compressed delivery window.​

By using FormFactor as the product underpinning the solution, eSafety was able to deliver high‑quality, accessible forms that go beyond what is typically achievable using out‑of‑the‑box Power Pages alone, particularly for long and complex forms.​

Enablement‑led delivery approach​

The engagement was deliberately structured around upskilling and enablement, rather than long‑term vendor dependency. eSafety retained ownership of discovery, prioritisation, and environment configuration, while The Factor provided targeted technical expertise, assurance, and guidance.​

This approach supports eSafety’s objective of building internal capability, enabling teams to confidently create, modify, and manage digital forms as requirements evolve.​

eSafety continues to use the Digital Forms Solution through ongoing FormFactor licensing, providing a scalable foundation to create and deploy digital forms across the organisation. This is complemented by monthly Application Managed Services (AMS), which provide access to specialist support, advisory services, and deep product expertise when required.​
