Our story
The Factor was founded in 2021 with a mission, to build technology that delivers real outcomes in environments where trust, accountability and performance matter.
From day one, we chose to work in regulated sectors where technology has a direct impact on communities, services and decision making. That choice shaped everything that followed, the people we hire, the partners we select, the platforms we specialise in, and the way we partner with our customers.
Our teams work closely with customers to understand their environment, their constraints and their ambitions, then design solutions that are practical, secure and built to last.
