Activities
During this engagement, the Factor team will:
- Deliver governance basics sessions covering environment architecture, management, security and DLP approaches.
- Review your environment strategy, policies, governance and operating model.
- Define the goals and expected outcomes of the Starter Kit.
- Evaluate which components are fit for purpose.
- Align and integrate approach with your existing IT operating models (where applicable).
- Devise a plan to deliver the Starter Kit
