The Factor 2025 Year In Review

As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year that has shaped The Factor in ways that matter most. This was a year defined by our people, how they showed up for one another, how they carried our culture forward, and how they contributed with purpose to our clients and partners.

2025 felt like a year where connection became our strength, in the way teams backed each other during busy periods, in the energy people invested into our six Factor Fridays, and in the enthusiasm that powered our social good initiatives throughout the year.

To capture some of these moments, we’ve wrapped up the year in a short video.

Highlights from 2025

Our people & culture

Across every project, initiative and collaboration, our crew demonstrated the values we want The Factor to stand for. The impact of this showed up in many ways throughout 2025:

  • A renewed Great Place to Work Certification, reinforcing the culture we continue to build and protect.
  • A move from 28th to 13th on the CRN Fast 50, a strong signal of the trust and momentum we’ve earned in the market.
  • Continued growth in how we learn and collaborate, with Factor Fridays giving our people a space to share ideas, develop capability and strengthen relationships.

These moments reminded us that culture is more than how we work, it’s how we take care of each other and the community around us.

Supporting our communities

This year our people participated in a wide range of community initiatives, reflecting our commitment to social impact.

  • A particularly meaningful part of our contribution was the engagement with girls in STEM through school-based outreach activities. These sessions helped spark curiosity and confidence in young female students exploring technology pathways. Seeing our team actively encourage the next generation of technologists was a reminder of the broader impact that skill-sharing can have.

  • We also continued participating in initiatives that support health and wellbeing across Australia. Members of the crew once again took part in Movember, the Push-Up Challenge, and committed to ongoing blood and plasma donations. These contributions, while often unglamorous and unpublicised, represent a deep sense of responsibility to the communities we live and work in.

  • Continued involvement in activities that uplift community organisations and causes meaningful to our crew.

Each initiative reinforced the character of our team and the contribution we aspire to make beyond project delivery.

Strengthening our partnerships

Our partnership with Microsoft continued to deepen in 2025, with significant milestones including:

  • Earning our Advanced Specialisation in D365 Customer Service
  • Recognition as a Microsoft App in a Day Delivery Partner
  • Recognition as a Microsoft Agent in a Day Delivery Partner
  • Recognition as a Microsoft Power Pages in a Day Delivery Partner
  • Fasttrack delivery partner
  • Power Pages Accelerator program
  • Copilot Jumpstart partner

These achievements allowed us to deliver App in a Day, Agent in a Day and Power Pages in a Day sessions for organisations across the public and private sector, providing hands-on experiences that showcase what is possible on the platform and helping teams build new capability.

Thank you!

As we head into a new year, I want to thank our clients and partners for the trust, collaboration and support you have shown us throughout 2025. I would also like to thank every member of the Factor Crew for a great year.

We look forward to working with you in 2026. Wishing you a safe break and a great start to the new year.

See you in 2026.
