  • Review your environment strategy, policies, governance and operating model.
  • Define the goals and expected outcomes of the Starter Kit.
  • Evaluate which components are fit for purpose.
  • Align and integrate approach with your existing IT operating models (where applicable).
  • Devise a plan to deliver the Starter Kit
