The Factor is announcing today the appointment of Robert Hartley as the newest member of the Executive Team to drive the ongoing growth and expansion alongside CEO and founder, Keiran Mott.
Hartley joins The Factor from Microsoft where he facilitated the growth strategy for the partner ecosystem with a particular focus on the Australian Public Sector as well as Defence and Intelligence community. Prior to joining Microsoft, Hartley was the General Manager and Industry Leader for Defence and National Security at the then publicly listed technology company, The Citadel Group Limited.
With a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, significant industry knowledge and senior leadership experience, Hartley brings another perspective to The Factor, complementing the rapidly growing team.
